The finishing touch for the MiS system. Cut your own plugs from offcuts to perfectly match the grain of your piece, and nary a single fastener will be seen again. Precision-machined and tempered in the USA, the Tapered Plug Cutters are built for long life and accurate use. The chamfered flute tips start the cut quickly and cleanly, and the resulting plug is tapered so that it fits snugly in the counterbore, no glue needed at all.

Plug sizes under ¾” have 1/4″ power drive chucks and can be used the MiS Quick Change chuck, while the ¾” and 1” plug cutters have a more robust 7/16” shank.
